RAILING COVERING DEVICE
An apparatus and method for covering a railing wherein the apparatus comprises a padding member defined between an interior surface sized to extend around the railing and an exterior surface spaced radially apart therefrom, the padding member having a gap extending between the interior and exterior surfaces and a cover extending between first and second ends and having a circumference corresponding substantially to a total radial surface length of the padding member. The method comprises surrounding the padding member with the cover, locating the cover and padding member around the railing with the cover surrounding the padding member and being located between the padding member and the railing and a securing fasteners at each of the first and second ends of the cover to surround the railing.
L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé pour recouvrir un garde-corps, l'appareil comprenant un élément de rembourrage défini entre une surface intérieure dimensionnée pour s'étendre autour du garde-corps et une surface extérieure espacée radialement de celui-ci, l'élément de rembourrage ayant un espace s'étendant entre les surfaces intérieure et extérieure et un élément de recouvrement s'étendant entre des première et seconde extrémités et ayant une circonférence correspondant sensiblement à une longueur de surface radiale totale de l'élément de rembourrage. Le procédé consiste à entourer l'élément de rembourrage avec l'élément de recouvrement, à placer l'élément de recouvrement et l'élément de rembourrage autour du garde-corps, l'élément de recouvrement entourant l'élément de rembourrage et étant situé entre l'élément de rembourrage et le garde-corps et et à fixer des attaches au niveau de chacune des première et seconde extrémités de l'élément de recouvrement pour entourer le garde-corps.
