Kansei Engineering is a method, theory and technology which research how to turn the use's kansei image of products into it's design elements. Introduceing Kansei Engineering into Human Computer Interaction Design is an attempt which establish a research community platform combined with the two disciplines from the perspective of design. It researches emotional reaction that was believed qualitative, non-quantified, non-rational and non-logical by interrelating the emotional and interactive design. It allows interactive design from the design of machine-based shift to people-oriented design, so as to achieve “unity one of people and object”ideal.
