The reort contains the results of a study of disabling work injuries which occurred in the concrete brick and block industry during 1957. The study covered establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing concrete building blocks and brick throughout the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii. The report includes injury frequency and severity rates by size and geographic location of establishments. Rate information for selected occupations is also provided. The report also contains information about the number of injuries by nature of injury and part of body injured.
