The proposed project is located in the City Limits of Garden City, Alabama. This is for a two lane highway facility from US 31 to the Mulberry Fork of the Black Warrior River. The project will provide an adequate separation of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad in Garden City, replacing the narrow underpass now existing. Acquisition of land necessary for right of way and the dislocation of families will constitute adverse effects. (Author)
