This report provides appropriate discussion, estimates, drawings and a recommendation regarding a proposed change in project office building accommodations from previously recommended relocated houses (converted for office use) to commercially built prefabricatied mobile office facilities. Also proposed is a change in the location of construction facilities area and the contractor's work area, and the addition of fencing to the construction contract for the Access Roads.
