Study of Archaeological, Architectural, and Historic Resources Within the Memphis Metropolitan Area: Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi: Overview Report
A total of 29 sites were inventoried during three field examinations. Two architectural sites were located. Sixteen historic sites were found. Nine prehistoric sites, and Two archaeologically sensitive areas were discovered. Previous work in the area has located 429 cultural resource sites for a sum of 458 sites. Forty-one sites will be impacted and should be tested.
