The proposed project consists of the reconstruction of an existing traffic circle to provide a grade separation for two of the intersecting roadways. Improvements to be taken are four gasoline service stations and one frame lumber yard service building. The purpose of this project is to serve a large volume of traffic in a fast, safe, and efficient manner. There are no parks, recreation areas, historical sites, game preserves, or wildlife refuges endangered by the project. The project will not lead to a noticeable change in the surrounding noise level; displace significant numbers of people; adversely affect the water table of the area; or have an effect on fish or wildlife in the area.
