The NBS-PCTS is a POSIX Conformance Test Suite (PCTS) written by the National Bureau of Standards based on AT and T's SVVS3.0. The NBS-PCTS tests system implementations for conformance to the interim POSIX FIPS. The interim POSIX FIPS is based on the IEEE 1003.1 POSIX Draft 12.
