NBS-PCTS (National Bureau of Standards-POSIX Conformance Test Suite)
The NBS-PCTS is a POSIX Conformance Test Suite (PCTS) written by the National Bureau of Standards based on AT and T's SVVS3.0. The NBS-PCTS tests system implementations for conformance to the interim POSIX FIPS. The interim POSIX FIPS is based on the IEEE 1003.1 POSIX Draft 12. The NBS-PCTS adheres to the guidelines of IEEE 1003.3 Draft 5.0...Software Description. The system is written in the C language for implementation on a DEC VAX 11/750 computer under the 4.2 BSD operating system.
