Conclusions The experience of performing works on the Nurek and Inguri hydratations confirmed the expediency of using tackle systems when assembling the links of the lining of inclined sections of penstocks in rock cuts.The construction of penstocks under confined conditions of rock cuts must be accomplished with the use of auxiliary devices and nonstandard equipment for different works.The universal equipment used at the Nurek and Inguri hydrostations can be used for performing assembly and drilling-grouting works in inclined sections of penstocks in rock cuts.
