Measuring of the thermophysical properties of building materials
In this paper techniques were introduced using heating systems generating heat flows and temperatures within the layers to be investigated in order to obtain the required values for determining the thermal resistance and the thermal conductivity. The measurement of the temperature is carried out with thermocouples. With etalon techniques the heat flows are determined by comparison measurement, and with compensation methods by electric power measurement. For increasing the accuracy a protective heating is applied. The investigated techniques can be steadily and unsteadily applied. Further an isoperibolic calorimeter was described in the paper. With this calorimeter formation enthalpies can be measured for relatively large samples as required for the heterogeneous material concrete. These values can be determined at the surfaces of the samples by heat flow measuring if the samples have a suitable shape.
