The current development of concrete structure tends to mass concrete structure and superhigh concrete structure. But construction quality for ultrahigh concrete structure is difficult to be controlled due to its disadvantages such as large volume, high strength, complicated structure and difficult construction etc. This paper elaborates the key construction technique of concrete filled steel tube composite column and concrete structure applied in ultrahigh concrete structure—Wanxin Building in Shenyang, China, which can provide a useful reference for construction quality control of relevant concrete projects.
