Study on the Performance Evaluation of Construction Project Based on Matter: Element Analysis Method
In recent years, many construction enterprises have started to build production and operation system based on project management. As the key content of project management, construction project management has received more and more attention of construction enterprise. In order to evaluate construction project management more effectively and improve the project management level of construction enterprises. The paper builds a system of performance evaluation index by literature review, and determines the weight of performance index by analytic network process (ANP). Matter-element analysis method was applied to construction enterprise’s performance evaluation of construction project management. The paper uses correlation function to evaluate performance, express project’s performance degree by quantitative level. Combined with a housing construction project, verify the feasibility and practicability of the model, so as to provide reference for construction enterprise to evaluate performance of their project management.
