Pipe-Soil Interaction Effect on Construction of Curve Pipe-Jacking
A range of strata are easily disturbed on construction of curve pipe-jacking shallow-buried. Combined with engineering practice, some issue had been discussed in detail, such as (1) the selection of boundary conditions and criteria of the strength of the material by using Finite Element Method(FEM); (2)analysis of pipe-soil interaction effect by using FEM and on-site testing, which received basically the same results. The results show that (1)the scope of disturbance and variation value of formation stress are affected by the curve pipe-jacking shallow-buried in a one-time jacking distance, jacking speed, grouting pressure and the less the overlying soil thickness is, the more obvious the surface disturbance is; (2) the law of stratum movement is upheaval before settlement. On the longitudinal the disturbance scope is within certain extent before and after shield crossing, and on the horizontal the disturbance on the inner side of pipe axis is more obvious than that of external side.
