The vigorous development of real estate stimulates economic development to a great extent. In the field of engineering construction, it is necessary for infrastructure, commercial building, and residential building projects to be objectively and quantitatively analyzed for their return on investment. This article is based on probability theory to study and put forward the optimization model of investment income in different domains to ensure maximum profit. It is combined with an actual case to verify that the model is scientific.
