Dynamic Testing Analysis and Treatment of Suspended Pipelines through the Lower Yellow River
A dynamic test is presented on the GU-YONG-DONG (GYD) pipeline through the lower Yellow River, which is an oil transported pipeline of Shengli oil-filed in Northeast China, to get the dynamic parameters of the suspended pipeline. An urgent treatment by fixing inclined steel cable is adapted according to the characteristic of the suspended pipeline force and deformation. The static force and vibration parameters of suspended pipeline are studied after/before the urgent treatment and it is evaluated by comparison. The results indicate that the Max von Mises stress of suspended pipeline decreases with the tense load of steel cable, the tense load of per cable is recommended to be 20kN considering local strength. The inclined cable has little effect on reducing the displacement and natural frequency of suspended pipeline for its small linear rigidity. The concrete anchor block should be used to enhance the suspended pipeline to avoid sympathetic vibration. The average fatigue injury degree of sixty days is 8.94% and it seriously affects the fatigue life of the pipeline.
