Research on Impact of Parking Behavior Based on Floating Parking Charges
To learn whether floating parking charges are feasible, we survey traveler's acceptance of different levels of floating parking fees and the significance of fourteen factors that may influence their parking behavior using a Likert scale. SPSS and LISREL software are used to analyze the data collected. The results show that floating parking charges could greatly influence parkers' choice of parking lot and trip mode. We present a five-dimensional model of the fourteen factors that describes optimal floating parking charges.
