Analysis of the Challenges and Solutions of Building a Smart City
Increasingly, the concept of a "smart city" has been deployed as an alternative set of policy options, or institutional fixes in those cities seeking to address the environmental consequences of economic development and to achieve some balance between economic, environmental and social concerns. Designing a smart city (SC) has become one of the urgent tasks of the next 20 years. One promising approach to achieving SC is appropriate land-using, because of the importance of this element. However, there are few studies which simulate this element in an special manner. This paper presents the concept of the land-use structure, and the structure is widely accepted.
