A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Dzūkijos nacionalinio parko tvarkymas ir turizmo bei rekreacijos plėtra / ; clearing and development of tourism and recreation of dzukija national park.
Lithuanian protected areas are dedicated for nature and complexes of cultural heritage, ecological balance and protection of biological variety, renewal of nature reservoir. There are established circumstances for cognitive resting, scientific researches, ecology and ethno cultural education. National parks – protected areas, which are created for protection and administration of nature and cultural landscape of national importance, representing singularity of country‘s ethno cultural fields nature and culture. There is analysis of worth of Dzukijos national park culture and nature, their state, means of protection, types of rural tourism and recreation, infrastructure. Legal acts of park management are being analyzed too. There is introduction to ethnographical, bicycle, pedestrian and water tourism. There are described routes of pedestrian, bicycles and water, which are proposed by direction of Dzukijos national park. Recreation and tourism infrastructure of Ula river is analyzed properly. There is made analysis of Dzukijos national park visitors according to their visiting numbers and character in Marcinkoniu and Merkines information centres.
