Construction study programme Final Project \"Construction project of Hotel \"Poseidonas\" in Palanga\". The object of the project – hotel \"Poseidonas\" in Palanga. The aim – is to prepare the onstruction project of Hotel \"Poseidonas\" in Palanga. Tasks of the final project: to describe the purpose of the building and the chosen constructions; perform thermal envelope calculations; carry out structural calculations; to calculate the volume of work performed; analyze and apply coiled roof technology. In the architectural part are presented the main building constructions and the necessary materials, their specification, the technical characteristics of the building. Calculations of thermal resistance of the enclosures were performed: the wall heat transfer coefficient U = 0.125 W / m2K, the floor - U = 0.13 W / m2K, the roof - U = 0.09 W / m2K, which correspond to the energy efficiency class A. In the drawings the building facades, floor plans, drilled foundations, foundation beams, overlay, roof plan, cross-section of the building with raised nodes of the building are plotted. In the structural part, the load on the building is calculated. Internal drill-pile calculations were performed. Technological and organizational part calculates the amount of building works, selects the required tower crane, describes the technology of installation of the coiled roof. Construction work is planned to be carried out within 776 working days, with an average of 20 workers. In the graphic part, the technological roof of the roof, the schedule of the execution of the works, the graphs of the demand for workers, mechanisms and materials are prepared. In the economic part, the economic indicators of the building are calculated; The cost of the project is 4969145,60 Eur. The price of 1 m2 is 606,00 Eur. text without appendixes, 24 pictures, 33 tables, 36 bibliographical entries and 9 (A1 format) drawings. Supplements are included separately.
