Motelio Anykščių rajone statybos projektas / ; The construction project of motel located in district of Anyksciai.
The project for motel has been chosen as a final project for construction studies. Masonry system was chosen for the walls. Most suitable gas silicate blocks were chosen using the SAW method. During architectural part I designed two-storey motel. The safety and construction requirements for public use, fire safety, human safety and accessibility requirements for disabled people were taken into account during the design phase. In the structural part, the reinforced concrete bearing column was designed and the reinforcement for the column frame was calculated and then selected. In the technological part the process itself and the instructions of masonry phases were designed. The plan of the construction site of the projected building and the calendar of the performed works have been drawn up. In the economic part of the project, the estimated value of the building was calculated by making a local estimate.
