This chapter includes a description of the resources (e.g., water, vegetation, wildlife habitat, and visual) and major uses (e.g., recreation and timber harvest) related to the issues. Chapter 4 (Environmental Consequences) describes potential impacts and changes to the affected environment of the various alternatives . Chapter 5 identifies agencies and organizations BLM has worked with during the preparation of the RMP/EIS, discusses any relevant relationships with the other agencies, and summarizes public involvement" P. vii [8].
