The aim of final project is to construct an administrative building with commercial premises, to make templates for organizing construction works, to calculate the quantity of required materials, according to the established budget to design the technology of construction works and prepare construction technology project. The main parts of the final project are: • In the architectural-structural part of the project there are described the building architecture, the position of the plot, made techno-economic analysis. Also there are described the main constructional solutions of designed building, its walls thermal features, selected the engineering equipment for the building. The mentioned issues are represented in graphics: the general plan of the plot, drawn facades, the section of the building, the main details of bearing walls structure and its components. • In the part of building construction calculation there are analyzed the main bearing walls, provided the motives for choosing such, estimated the main bearing beam. • In the technological part there are calculations made for quantity of works, made plan for site preparation, selected the installation crane, prepared technological card of drilled foundation, the schedule of construction works to be executed, calculated the demand for workers and machineries. In order to ensure construction works done properly there are selected safety equipment for workers, fire safety and environment protection devices. • In the economical part of the project there are calculated the techno-economic indicators of the building. • In the appendixes there are given an estimate for a building costs, additional schemes and the template of the quantity of required materials. The final project consists of: 71 p., 7 figures, 32 tables, 14 appendixes (A1 size), 6 (A1 size) and 3 (A2 size) schemes.
