The project prepared in the final work is a building of a public culture house. The building was chosen to be made of ceramic bricks. I chose the most likely flooring for parquet boards using the SAW method. In the architectural part, I designed a two-storey building consisting of storerooms, a hall and other household premises. The requirements for public building were taken into account during the design. In the stuctural design part, I calculated the width of the base of the belt foundation and its reinforcement. In the technological part, I designed a belt foundation installation plan. In the economic part, I calculated the estimated value of a building in a culture house by making a local estimate.
