This study aims to determine how the conflict and how the impact of Conflict of Interest in the Customary Land Management Pattern in Bebidas Village, Wanasaba District. This research is a descriptive study where data is collected in the form of words, pictures and not numbers. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. While the data analysis used, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion or verification. The results of the study, it can be seen that the management of Jurang Koak Customary Land is carried out collectively by the Jurang Koak Indigenous Land Community and has been managed by the ancestors of the Jurang Koak Indigenous Land Community since the Dutch Indies era. However, since 1997 the designation of Mount Rinjani National Park as an animal reserve area by the minister of forestry since then in the Indigenous Land of the Koak Gorge there has been a conflict between the Jurang Koak customary land community and the Mount Rinjani National Park in the Customary Land Management Pattern. The community wants to make the land as agricultural land, but the National Park wants customary land as conservation forest for the Mount Rinjani National Park.
