A building of two parts, which are joined together, is presented in the bachelor final work. One part of the building is the one-floor service and the other is a two-floor administrative part. The dimensions of the building are 66,45 x 30,6 m. The building is going to be erected in Kaunas, it is decomposed in the plot plan so that, it would fit in the landscape. The building is designed according to the Building Regulation rights and conditions. Based on the building‘s position loads are collected. According to the loads three structure are calculated: metal truss, wooden truss and a metal column. Both trusses are economically compared and the cheaper one is chosen for further calculations. In this case it is the metal truss, it‘s wiring and assemblye are detalized in the work card. The buildings safety and environmental requirements are the discussed.
