Gyvenamųjų pastatų būklės įtaka Nemuno deltos regioninio parko kraštovaizdžiui ; Residential buildings bearing on the Nemunas delta regional park landscape
The aim of the research - to investigate the impact of residential buildings on Nemunas Delta Regional Park landscape. The objectives of the research: 1) To analyze the Nemunas Delta Regional Park residential buildings; 2) to determine compliance with the regional park down real estate operating conditions and limitations. 3) To investigate the influence of built-up area on regional park landscape. Research methods: literature analysis, empirical knowledge method - observation, evaluation. Interview method. Data comparison method. The received data processing mathematical and statistical methods presented in tables and graphs. Results of the study. The results showed that the majority of population of the Nemunas Delta Regional Park follow the instructions and supervise residential buildings as well as consult with the Park Authority working professionals. There are recorded some serious abuses at Nemunas Delta Regional Park. Park Authority faced with unauthorized construction, and the buildings that spoil the architectural image of the park. There are also abandoned and disused buildings which hosts care less. Such buildings negatively affect the regional landscape park and disappoint visitors. The investigation based on date of Šilutė District Municipality shows that the Nemunas Delta Regional Park residential average total area is about 153 m2. The average useful area is of 148 m2 and 106 m2 of living space, the volume is of 600 m3 and average area is of 0.25 hectares. Summing up the results of the study showed that a build up area the major impact of the Nemunas Delta Regional Park on the landscape still has a built-up area. Therefore, to preserve what the Minor Lithuania land distinguishes itself, we have devoted much attention to the old traditional features of the countryside and the fostering of traditional urban structure. This requires a tremendous desire and understanding that an authentic landscape preservation of the cultural heritage and its ancient traditions and identity preservation is essential to reveal the uniqueness of the park.
