PECULIARITIES OF DEVELOPMENT OF A VALUE ATTITUDE TO NATURE OF JUNIOR SCHOOLCHILDREN ; ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РОЗВИТКУ У МОЛОДШИХ ШКОЛЯРІВ ЦІННІСНОГО СТАВЛЕННЯ ДО ПРИРОДИ
The article substantiates the importance of the development of junior students’ values to nature. Ecological development is characterized as an integral part of a single system of development, ecological consciousness and behaviour in harmony with nature. The concepts and components of the structure of the valuable attitude to nature are described. The structure of the value attitude of the individual includes a number of components, among which the dominant ones are cognitive, emotional-motivational and behavioural. The main characteristics of the value attitude to nature are: awareness of nature as a value; active position of the individual in environmental activities; cognitive interest in natural objects, their evaluation; adequate choice of ways of human interaction with nature; creation of new value, which occurs as a result of the manifestation of values to nature. Conditions for the development of the individual’s value attitude to nature are indicated. They are as following: providing positive emotional experiences in the world of nature; awareness of its importance in meeting personal needs; the presence of internal incentives to preserve the world around; recognition of the self-worth of objects of nature, humanistic creative interaction with them. The content of the concept of “value attitude to nature” as a social and psychological category contains such essential components of concepts related to it as a sense of responsibility to nature, knowledge of norms and rules of behaviour in it, activity and readiness for environmental activities, skills and skills of non-pragmatic interaction with nature.Emphasis is placed on the methodological tools for the development of values of children of primary school age. The conditions, means and forms of development of values of primary school children to nature are revealed. Охарактеризовано екологічне розвитку як невіддільну частину єдиної системи розвитку, екологічної свідомості й поведінки, гармонійної з природою. Описані поняття та компоненти структури ціннісного ставлення до природи. Звернено увагу на методичний інструментарій розвитку ціннісного ставлення до природи дітей молодшого шкільного віку, зокрема розкриті умови, засоби й форми розвитку ціннісного ставлення молодших школярів до природи.
