In final master degree I research prefabricated houses of different overlays constructions strength. The master thesis consist of three main parts. The first part includes panel-frame houses developments in the world, their advantages and constructions. The second part includes three overlays bearing structural elements and flooring that will be investigated. The third part includes calculated structures bearing features, charts and calculation results are being made for those calculations. In thesis it was researched three different overlays bearing structurea bearing capacity and deflection by changing the lenght of the beams, as well as tested moisture-resistant panels bearing capacity and deflection. The estimated overlays of production labor costs as well as price, using SAW method the optimal variant was selected.
