The Applegate-Star/Boaz Watershed Analysis documents conditions and interrelationships of ecosystem components for the Applegate-Star/Boaz Watershed Analysis Area. The analysis focuses on issues and key questions that are most relevant to the management questions, human values, and resource conditions within the watershed. Management objectives and recommendations for federal lands are prioritized based on conclusions reached through the analysis. The watershed analysis formulates an overall landscape design and recognizes the inventory, monitoring, and research needs for the watershed. The Applegate-Star/Boaz Watershed Analysis was prepared by an interdisciplinary team of resource professionals and specialists from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Ashland Resource Area and Medford District Staff. The watershed analysis team followed the six-step process outlined in the Ecosystem Analysis at the Watershed Scale, Federal Guide for Watershed Analysis, version 2.2" P. viii.
