The topic of the final paper is the construction project of a 4-storey recreation and lei-sure building in Telšiai district. The object of the project is a 4-storey recreation and leisure building in Telšiai district. The goal of the project is to prepare a construction project of a 4-storey recreation and leisure building in Telšiai district. Objectives: to describe the purpose of the building as well as the selected structures, to calculate and analyze thermal partition solutions, to calculate the structural solution for the reinforced concrete lintel, to estimate the scope of the works to be performed, to describe and apply the technology of pole foundations, to compile and describe the estimation doc-umentation of the works to be performed, to prepare drawings of the architectural, structural and technological parts of the building, to prepare schedules for the execution of works and the need for workers, machinery and basic materials, to draw up and describe the plan of the construction site. The architectural part of the paper provides for the main structures of the building and the required materials, their specification, as well as the technical indicators of the building. The fol-lowing calculations of thermal resistance of partitions were performed: the heat transfer coefficient of the building’s walls U = 0.11 W/(m2·K), the heat transfer coefficient of the building’s floor U = 0.12 W/(m2·K), the heat transfer coefficient of the building’s roof U = 0.1 W/(m2·K), which meet the requirements for energy efficiency class A++. The drawings include the building’s facades, the floor plan, the foundation plan, the masonry plan, the lintel plan, the monolithic ring plan, the inter-floor plan, the roof plan and a cross section of the building with raised structural units. The structural part calculates the loads acting on the building. Calculations of the rein-forced concrete lintel were performed, which suggested the reinforcement of a 250 mm × 290 mm lintel with a 16 mm cross-section double reinforcement at ...
