Vergleichende Untersuchung zur Beurteilung kondylärer Asymmetrien bei Patienten mit Myoarthropathien, Dysgnathien und nach gelenknahen Kollumfrakturen. ; Comparative study to evaluate condylar asymmetries of Patients with myoarthropathy, dysgnathia and collumfractures
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden Patienten zunächst drei Diagnosen Myoarthropathie, Fraktur und Dysgnathie sowie einer Kontrollgruppe zugeteilt. Anhand der Vermessung von Orthopantomogrammen sämtlicher Patienten wurde untersucht, ob sich die Gruppen bezüglich der Kondylus- und Ramushöhen signifikant voneinander unterschieden und ob es in der Gruppe der Dysgnathien in Bezug auf die Kondylus- und Ramushöhen Differenzen zwischen verschiedenen Operationsmethoden gab. Anschließend wurden die Asymmetrieindizes der einzelnen Gruppen untereinander verglichen. Als wesentliches Ergebnis ist hervorzuheben, dass sich weder die Kondylushöhen der Myoarthropathiegruppe von denen der Normalbevölkerung noch die verschiedener Dysganthieoperationstechniken untereinander unterschieden. ; In this study presented patients were grouped according to the diagnoses myoarthopathy, fracture and dynsgnathy. Additionally a control group was established. By means of measuring the orthopantomograms of all patients it was examined if the groups differed significantly with regard to the heights of condylus and ramus and if - in the group of dysgnathy patients - there were differences with regard to the aforementioned heights between the differing operational methods . After this the indices of asymmetry of the separate groups were compared. As a result it can be emphasized that neither the heights of condylus in the myoathropathy group differed from those of the control group nor did the different operational methods of dysgnathy make any difference.
