Budget Plan costs and maintenance activities, as well as in the implementation of maintenance management activities are expected to maintain the physical condition of the building and reduce the chances of a building that is not functioning optimally given the research undertaken is the author State building which is building the Faculty of Forestry University Tanjungpura Pontianak. This thesis aims to obtain an outcome that we can control the cost that is issued later in the maintenance of the building of the Faculty of Forestry, as well as index calculation condition of the building in this research included in zone II 55.35%, including the description of the medium (start of the crash, but does not affect the function of the building structure as a whole). Mitigating measures that need to be made for the improvement of economic analysis and appropriate action.
