A project of the culture, education and sports centre was made in this thesis. The project was formulated with reference to the main requirements stated in law of the Republic of Lithuania. Following the aesthetic requirements of the community building, architectural solutions were adopted. A lot plan was designed according to purpose of the centre. After analyzing fixed and variable loads and making calculations, load-bearing structures were chosen. In this project economic comparison of two structures installation was carried out. The schemes of frames mounting, expenditure and works schedule are given in the technological card. The congruity of the designed building for the industrial safety and environment protection requirements is being discussed as well.
