Research progress of anti-pollution modification of nanofiltration membranes based on zwitterion
Nanofiltration membrane has excellent performance of separating and retaining pollutants in water. The nanofiltration membrane fouling control and anti-fouling enhancement are research focuses of its development. The modification of nanofiltration membrane is one of the methods to enhance the anti-fouling property of nanofiltration membrane. The modified nanofiltration membrane based on zwitterion materials has stronger permeability and anti-fouling by virtue of the characteristics of zwitterionic material’s electrostatic interaction and the combination with water. The modification methods of zwitterion nanofiltration membranes with enhanced anti-fouling including coating,grafting,interfacial polymerization,self-assembly and blending doping were systematically reviewed. The anti-fouling efficiency and applicable conditions of each modification method were illustrated. Finally,the modification methods based on zwitterion nanofiltration membranes were prospected. It was hoped to provide reference for the modification and practical application of zwitterionic materials in nanofiltration membranes.
