Overview of regulatory frameworks for unmanned aircraft
This paper presents the regulatory framework for the use of unmanned aircraft in the airspace of the Republic of Serbia. The work contains an overview of regulations at the international level, primarily the regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization - ICAO and the regulations of the European Union, which apply to unmanned aircraft. The largest part of this regulation represents the standard and recommended practices, which are largely integrated into our domestic regulations. Domestic regulations are being innovated day by day and adapted to new means of transport, that is, in this case, to unmanned aircraft. The paper contains a description of the basic provisions of the new rulebook for flying unmanned aircraft in the Republic of Serbia. At the end of the paper, the regulations and procedures for using unmanned aircraft in a safe manner are described.
