THE SETTLEMENT OF THE DAY SURFACE HETEROGENEOUS IN DEPTH HALF-SPACE AS THE RESULT OF UNSPECIFIED DISTRIBUTED LOAD
The technique for the calculation of day surface settlement of half-space with linear increase of deformation module in correlation with depth with the use of piecewise linear approximation of the actual load is presented in this article. The numeric examples show that half space inhomogeneity decreases distributing capacity of the foundation in depth.
