To provide an unspecified water estimation system capable of simply estimating an occurrence site of unspecified water.SOLUTION: An unspecified water estimation system includes: a discharge flow rate acquisition unit (water level gauge 20, control unit 42) that acquires a discharge flow rate of a manhole pump 10 installed in a manhole 2; a precipitation amount acquisition unit (control unit 42) capable of acquiring the amount of precipitation; and an estimation unit (control unit 42) that estimates presence or absence of occurrence of unspecified water in the manhole 2 based on the discharge flow rate and the amount of precipitation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
