Seepage losses from parallel canal systems
Two-dimensional problem of steady seepage flow under gravity from system of parallel, identical, and equally spaced canals into semipervious clay layer underlain by freely permeable layer of sand and gravel in which piezometric heat is very near canal water level; two steps of conformal mapping are used and approximation to canal profile is adopted.
