A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The effects of surface and subsurface conditions on the recharge of leaky aquifers by seepage from irrigation canals are examined. Physical and geological data from the Mahi Right Bank Canal command area in Gujarat, India, are used. The implications for conjunctive use of canal water and groundwater in the project area are discussed.
