This formerly valueless material has been used for 4 yr on Pacific Coast; literature, data and conclusions which show existing opinions as to cause of disintegration of concretes and cements; tests which show that water does not penetrate deeply into this waterproof cement; cost is stated to be no greater than for making ordinary cements.
