A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
It is shown that in some regions, improved definitions of variations may be achieved by increasing number of stream-gaging stations or by locating stations where channel losses and groundwater outflow are small; in desert regions, improved definition may be achieved by use of infiltration characteristics and rainfall-runoff relations.
