Raised reflective markers for safer night driving
New system of pavement marking described provides new dimension of delineation through use of raised pavement markers that are bonded to highway with epoxy adhesive; methods of application of markers in California and Texas; in California markers were molded of high-strength acrylic plastic with epoxy-based filler; they were 4× 4 in. and 5/8 in. deep, with high intensity reflective element molded into flat, slanted side of marker facing traffic.
