New Haifa port structures built with precast concrete
Extension of existing western quay by adding concrete jetty 444× 15 m at Port of Haifa, Israel; structure consists of 50-cm thick concrete floor supported on concrete piles square and tapering from 46×46 cm to 20×20 cm; pile length 13.5 to 35 m; dredging for project involved 250,000 cu m of excavation.
