Author advances theory of elasticity dispersion in concrete by means of elementary arguments based on calculus of probabilities; theory has been tested using concrete beams 3 m in length successively cut down to 1.765 m; modulus of elasticity determined by dynamical method as function of beam length and results compared with variation in modulus of elasticity computed from theory. (In English.)
