Use of compression waves in deep well and borehole pumping
Development of compression wave pump; approximate theory of its working principle; pump can be placed at ground level and yet can draw water from level more than 34 ft below ground; suitable for pumping water at rate of 10 to 12 gal from depth below ground level of 200 ft or even more; under suitable working conditions efficiency of 50% can be attained; development covered period from 1933 to 1951.
