Aussois-Plan d'Amont upstream level dam
At elevation 130 m higher than existing downstream level reservoir and dam, new 350-m long buttressed gravity dam was erected for better utilization of water head; it has straight and slightly arched section; calculations indicated steep upstream face for dam, securing 14% saving on concrete; spillway discharge through face of buttresses.
