Tilbury Dock, London; quay wall constructed by means of concrete monoliths 30 ft sq, sunk to depths between 60 and 81 ft below coping level, surmounted by quay, cantilevered at back, of total width of 50 ft; ultimate dredged depth will be 42 ft 6 in. below Trinity High Water level; large reinforced concrete and brickwork transit shed built to serve new berth.
