Design of main foundations of Port Mann bridge
Design of deep foundations at site chosen is discussed considering pile loads and tests, and scour problems; 24 in. pipe piles were test loaded to 500 tons, except those in river piers which could only be loaded to 400 tons because of their unsupported length of about 30 ft in water and consequent danger of buckling. EIC-64-GEOTECH 2.
