Melbourne Harbor Trust builds new section of South wharf, 1456 ft. long and 45 ft. 4 1/2 in. wide, with fall of 4 in. from rear to front; details of piles and sheet piles; wharf is being built in two sections, rear section being 30 ft. 1 1/2 in., and front section 15 ft. 3 in. in width, with construction joint between, extending full length of structure.
